Just curious how many locators are in your supervisor group.
I know it's too many but I heard we were supposed to be getting more Field Sups so we would have smaller groups.
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !

Smaller groups is a good idea. It would allow the supervisors more time to work with individual locators, and let us do our job more than pushing paperwork and putting out fires. I would love to have a team of about 10 people. That would be alot of fun, but I don't see it ever happening unless alot of people quit on my team.![]()

that is as close as i could get that's an average around here 7-9 .....supposed to be 10 per group....the fewer the better i think

The bigger the group the more bonus.
Well if a supervisor can keep it at 40 hours a week or less, I'd say $50K plus a year would work out a little better than your average locators wages. When they start squeezing 60-80 hours a week out of you, the $50K doesn't sound quite as good....
