    I try to get out early before the ground thaws and get the mudders done. I save the grass yards for when it warms up a little. This has been a terrible year for putting in flags,lots of ice.

    Take a cigarette lighter and get the flag.wire good and hot. Melts a hole and then refreezes the flag in place. Lasts as long as it stays below freezing

    Huh I put them on the floor with the paint,must not have been hot enough. I will use the torch I use to thaw fiber vaults. Thanks Daman
