    Just wondering if some one could recommend a machine for locating electrical cables that is not to expensive like full blown radio detection units it for a Electrition to use every now and then

    Thank you all for suggestion

    I was wondering if any one knows if this gear is any good Digicat 550i locator (also available from our office)
    Contains the same functionality as the Digicat 500i, however it offers the added benefit of service depth estimation, when used in conjunction with the Digitex 8/33*signal generator or Sonde in 8/33 kHz mode.

    Available for 50 Hz or 60 Hz to suit your regions mains power frequency.**
