Krylon paint sucks

We were unfortunate enough to change paint vendors. I can't think of one good thing to say about the Krylon paint. It is so watery you can barely see what you've painted. It comes out so slow and runs out of air before it runs out of paint so you get a ton of half full can't of paint that won't spray. And the nozzle fall off all the time. Anyone else get the joys of using this crap.

We have been using Krylon for 4 years now with almost zero porblems. The tips will pop off on occasion only. You may have gotten some bad stuff.

Been using that brand of paint for years and never really had any problems with it and you are right about the tips coming off occassionally. If you don't shake the can up good it will come out watery looking and run out of air before the can is empty.

We've been using Krylon for some time now with very little problems. Sounds like a bad batch or not enough shaking of the can before using.

We use rustoleum.. however I have used krylon in the past... the big thing is... to really shake the cans up. you know... shake shake shake.... shake shake shake.. shake your can up... shake your can up! )

Maybe I'm just used to paint that actually sprays. I do shake the hell out of my paint btw. Let's just hope it's a bad batch. I was told these cans have the "long distance" tips on them to make the paint last longer.

As slow as this crap is I think I could paint faster with a gallon of paint and a paintbrush.

yes you definitely got a bad batch!!!! we have always used it..... i can remember a few bad cans 1 out of 1000 or so is my guess

What kind of distance can you get out of them tips? 10, 15 feet.

We use aervoe spray paint which generally works out well. The Yellow paint though starts out pretty dark then slowly starts to fade as the can empties. When they are about 1/3 full, can hardly see any color anymore.

And I like Gypsey, shake my booty (and paint can too)...frequently high end entertainment for any contractor watching...bastards!!!

krylon doesn't seem to last as long as the other brands. Would like to see that long distance nozzel on the krylon we get. Felt like the other brands would get you thru more lot tickets before the can went dry.

We have been bitchin about this paint for three years now it is watery and doesent last and in the winter it freezes up so welcome to the nightmare brah
