    Default Cell phones

So how often does your phone go off each day? I've been kinda keeping track and it seems to be over 50 times a day. Mostly dispatch calls with short notice tickets or contractors with questions. I swear I could make alot more progress in the day if we went back to the "quarter logs" and pay phones.

Is there anyone on here living in a state where it is illegal to use a cell phone while driving? That has to be hard as a locator.

Using the cell phone, I had 2 of them, when I worked for USIC as a sup, is what got me fired. I had MOR's. I now will pull over when dispatch calls me with an emergency. I will not even answer until I am pulled over. I do not even do anything on the computer unless I am pulled over. There are only so many Places to find a job in our industry and I have been around.

So I will pull off on the side of the interstate or where ever I am at to work on the computer or answer the cell phone.
