Hi, any of you know if such a device exists? also i am trying to find a device that can block signals in a certain area and allow another adjacent to it. imagine a pie chart with wedges some blocked and others unblocked with the device being at the center. thanks for your help guys n gals

I think you are looking for an electronic jammer. Those are illegal. That being said you can search google for something like... "electronic jammer" or "cellphone jammer". That should get you on the right track.
