    Anyone here used 811Trac locating ticket software by P800X?

    Any tips on either the locator or supervisor side would be welcome.

    It's not uncommon during the initial phases of a software implementation, that a user who's learning the system can get frustrated. There are new procedures and tasks, which in both the short and long term, will make your job a whole lot easier.

    Go ahead and contact support at (866) 473-7713 x 2 when you have questions or difficulties or use the online knowledgebase at 811TRAC Support - Home, both are really helpful.
