A Reference category might be worthwhile and informative?

After reviewing the employment ad that made reference to needing knowledge of this(CGA) material, I get kind of ticked about our employers not taking TIME to further educate us on industry standards because of non productive time constraints...

Locating reference material might be of interest to some of us kept in the dark ( less whats in the best interest of the company), to have some reference material made available to raise us above the groundpounding ignorance that prevails...

Lets get some meat, with all the potato around here...I always try to maintain a higher standard of subject material on this site...
