CERTIFIED???!!!,the only test I have seen to become certified was a complete JOKE ,that was with ELM,it had ?? like what is the difference between a drop and a 1200pr.cable,A.more wires,DUH!!!if that is what it takes to become certified I stand on my 19 years of expierience in locating,teaching locating ,damage investigations,and private ,non r/w utilities ,all utilities on private prop with no maps or as builts ,places like Intel,in Oregon ,Microsoft in ,Wa,Nike world HQ,also in Oregon,all completed with skill, and attention to detail ,certified,what a joke !!!!all I want to know about the private locating page ,is who is out there ,where there are and who my comp might be ,for every on the level private locating company there are at least 5 who are fly by night companys out to try to make a quick buck and leave a customer with a major damage to deal with ,i plan on being here long enough to make a good livin ,retirement ,mine went up with Enron and PGE in Portland ,OR,and to watch Stake Center run ELM OUT of business on a rail,SEMPER FI HAPPY SWAGGIN
