Default Info about Seek Tech models

I am considering buying the Seek Tech SR-60 But wondering how you find it with no way to adjust the sensitivity or gain as it seems to be auto does this hinder in any way

The locator does it for you, I like it but others have said it was slower than other types like the RD9000, plus and negatives you have to use what you are comfortable with, I use seektech sr60-sr24 but also keep a pipe horn on the van. I have 3 locators at all times just to handle what is needed at any given time.

I use the SR-20. As Cuda says the response is slow compared to an RD or Subsite but you are only talking like a half second. It is something you get used to and then you don't even notice it. The SeekTech is a good instrument.
