Subscriptions

This is what you have all been waiting for. The subscriptions. People have been telling me for a while they would be happy to donate to help out with the costs. I do appreciate the offers but have always said no because this is a hobby to me. Well, the hobby is getting expensive. So, here is what I've come up with. 2 subscriptions. The first is the 'Supporting Member'. This is basically a donation to the site for $10. The second is the 'Premium Member'. You get everything you get with the Supporting Member plus more. And all for $30.

Supporting Members:
Increased PM storage
Set yourself to Invisible so nobody knows you are on the site.
Give yourself a custom title

Premium Member:
In addition to the above, you also get:
Track your PM's
Send a PM to 5 users at a time
View others IP addresses (canceled)
View users location Information
Upload larger pictures
Upload larger avatars
Upload an animated GIF for your signature
Use HTML in your posts (canceled)
No longer see the advertisements on the forum. (this is my favorite)

In addition to this, any extra money left over will go towards a prize for an upcoming contest. Only people who are members may participate in the contest.

To subscribe, log in, click on 'Settings', under My Settings>My Account click on 'Paid Subscriptions'. It should be pretty easy from there. Or, just click on this link Paid Subscriptions.

By viewing the IP addresses an employer can trace back the IP and possibly determine who is making what posts.
At a minimum you can determine the city of origin.
I will sign up for the premium just to support this site but I have no need to see the IP addresses here.

Allowing HTML is an easy way to corrupt you vB software, as well as the security risks involved.

HTML = Hyper Text Markup Language. It is the code that manipulates the text on a web page.
For example. <b>bold</b> tells the browser to display the word bold as bold

GREAT point...too many vengeful eyes on here.

I am all for supporting the site, viewing either ads or paying. I am kinda of shocked someone hasn't put together locator products....tools, and gadgets to sell on the site. Locating is not locating anymore, with a big bag of tricks...jumpers ect....

There is not too much out there as far as locating tools from what I've seen. It is mostly manufacturing websites that sell the products.

Okay, one big hassle but the payment is in the mail.

First off I get to the post office and they won't let me mail chickens!

So I to get a money order to mail while I got all these crazed chickens jumping around the car.

Now what the !@%# am I going to do with all these chickens?!

Anybody got any good recipes?
