    Default Does NULCA represent you?

    Do you feel that NULCA represents you?

    In what way(locator, contractor)?

    What would you like to see NULCA accomplish on your behalf?

    Do you see the board as being able to represent you?

    If you feel NULCA isn't representative of you, what solution, then, would you suggest?
