    Default motivating your employees ???

FORBES: What are the best ways to motivate your team?
FREDRICKSON: If you have the right team, the best way to motivate them is to hand them a challenge, provide appropriate resources, and then get out of their way, while monitoring progress and results. Then, once final results are delivered, insure that fair rewards are provided.

If you are reading this ,my question to you is, useless or possible ??? do you have a better solution ?? Thanks for any input !

    Very possible.

The first criteria mentioned is having the right team. This means your employees must be competent and motivated. If not then you are wasting your time. If you have that then the 2nd part should come easy.

These are similar to the Deming principles of manufacturing. Make the employee responsible for there job and give them the right tools (resources) to do the job and their performance will improve.
