They worded it kind of funny it seems. The I-9 is the form you get from HR when hired saying they need an ID from column a and a form of ID from column b. Pretty much always you drivers license and SS card together to say you can legally work in america
well i'm glad to have learned something today!!!!
wise men talk because they have something to say and fools because they have to say something....plato
Do they offer it in Spanish?
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !
It's better to be Pissed Off than Pissed On or Stood On and Pissed Off Of !

you have to produce the two forms of id within 72 hours of being hired. To let you know the state id and driver's license or from the same column. took me two days to find my SS card had been a while since i needed it and didn't put it back in the right place from last time i had it out
Is it the I-9 form or are they refering to the ISO 9000 certification? Just wondering.
mke
The iso 9000 is more a paperwork and production procedures to comply with international standards. Try to get everyone on the same page. The I-9 is more for employers complying with the us employer guidelines. It is a form tosay the employer did it part to ensure the person they are hiring is a legal resident. Ithink it came from the homeland security act. Pro probably will know better than I.
