    Its the excuse for a company you work for trying to "streamline" everything and be cheap about it. Think....a website is cheaper than 10 incoming WATS lines (Toll free lines).

    I think it is just being lazy. Isn't everything you deal with on a daily basis online these days? Pay stubs, emails from your sup instead of a phone call? Your time card and other such related items are now totally paperless.

    These companies spend 1,000,000.00 trying to save 25,000....

    I don't know what happened with going to ngen......., but if you google " nextgenerationenrollment.com the correct site comes up and you log in with your user name and social sec #. and your into the right spot for updating your benefits or printing out a copy of them if needed.
