What company is the best to work for?

Ok, Please do not take this as a loaded question, just one I have been wanting to ask for a long time.I am what most of you would call an "old timer", "Hell I remember locating with dynetels and witchsticks" and one who has worked for several diffirent contract locate companies. Which company do you feel is currently the best one to work for and why?
I worked for Nocuts, A.C.L.S., CLS, At&t (Under lucent/tucker tec.) and then UtiliQuest, STS.......
My Favorit to work for was UtiliQuest.
For all the crap, I did put up with,Including dealing with one of the dumbest supervisors on the planet, when push came to shove they were the one that would at least listen to me when I had something to say and the upper management was more accessible. I could call the president of the company if I wanted and actually speak to him. That is my opinion. what is yours.....................

i will say that Utiliquest is the best, besides the changes i have had to endure, because every week for many years my check has been in the bank on time and that one thing is very important to me and my family..............i am very sad to see that not many people has answered this question.....what's up with that????

Mmmm lets see, I started locating back in 2000 with UtiliQuest....and still with them and very happy to say that. In that time with them i had serious Health, Personal and Financial problems, they were there for me and my Family......so yep i will have to go with UtiliQuest.

I have worked for CLS,STS,PROMARK and all its other personifications. I roll with the punches pretty good so I never had a problem with anyones corporate policies. The only problems I have ever had were the people that were imediately above me. Except for one sup I have to say that they have their own agenda sometimes and will protect who they want to protect even at someone elses expense. I would expect that everyones opinion will be skewed by the people they work directly with.

I never had the op. to work for byers but you are right ironman before they became utiliquest, from what I heard of them, Byares or byers was without a doubt the most employee oriented companie. Nocuts was very close, for a company that was owned by a huge company such as sprint is, they were also very employee oriented. they believed thier bread was buttered by happy employees. the current ownes of the larger companies today should take look back and remember what it was that made these companies so successful that they were all bought out for millions of dollars.......................
