usic is "downsizing" in mn

Just got let go today from the large corporate machine today. Said they were downsizing to increase production. So lookout. But bigger is better if you own the company. Not so bad I guess they have been treating us like crap the last couple years.

USIC laid off 8-10 locators here plus the District Administrator and OPS Coordinator.

All HR staff not working at the Corprate office was let go last week at USIC

Didn't they recently lose a contract in MN? Also I know consolidated was in norther Wisconsin and probably in MI and MN so with merger they didn't need two HR's

No, this actually had nothing to do with that. Every HR person was let go across the entire company, only 3 remain for the whole thing! Under this new model there is not much need for HR.
