USIC BUYING CONSOLIDATED in NORTH TEXAS?

As long as it's only Consolidated! I think it's a little early for Consolidated to fold it's tent, but nothing would surprise me.

They already got Consolidated in Florida, i think that was recently. As far as Dallas Atmos, it could be a good thing to shake things up. If we were to take it on , it would be a heck of a showing that we are in all the way. Can you imagine if Dallas county was actually fixed? Run right? How long has it been since that has happpened?

I wish USIC would just buy up all of CUS and just get that under cutting company out of the picture.

If that was to happen I would prefer it was CUS that done the buying. Atleast that way CUS could keep their management and be the ones to trim the fat from USIC.

The bigger USIC gets the worse it gets for every locator that works in the contract locating industry, much like SM&P chose to mimic the moves that Utiliquest made before them, most of the smaller companies are adopting the same policies in relation to USIC.

It wouldnt surprise me that USIC is trying to buy someone else out again.

Before you know it, they will be going after Wal-Mart, K-Mart and perhaps Ford and Exxon, since these companies make more than they do.

I will be so glad when I can get out of this stupid freakin sorry azz contract locating business. I am constantly having my job held over my head and I am getting tired of it.

I am having to take on a part-time job in order to make ends meet, as I have not had a raise in over 2 years, and I am constantly meeting and/or exceeding my "objectives" that my "boss" created for me, but the price of everything else keeps going up, up and UP. I could hardly afford groceries this past weekend for 2 people. I have medical bills piling up from a child that was still-born a few years ago and the crappy health insurance we had then hasn't paid for ANYTHING..

Perhaps my part-time job will turn into full time and I can say "buh-bye" to the contract locating firm I work for now.

I would love to have the money to buy USIC or Utiliquest and trim the "fat" from those groups.....That's my wet dream....that will never come true.

USIC is like Utliquest/Dycom/STS, they survive by buying up other firms.

Expansion for the sake of expansion usually leads to a topple over failure.

Cool, i guess i have to say it now. These are things i have heard, um,and i personally dont care. Its out there for all to freak out, add to , ignore or whatever. Pretty stupid too assume i am an informant teachong the whole world super important info. I cant prove it anymore than you. Sorry to have not thrown down a disclosure stating my ignorance in my orig. post. so come on Big E, feed this rumor mill, its awesome!
