    Smile tough economy

i must say in this tough economy its is nice to even have a job. i here all the horror stories out there and thank my lucky stars i work for a awsome company. i drive a brand new 4x4 full size truck, have four pieces of locating equipment and am testing out a new subsite 2150GR GPR. i was a little upset to hear there will be no raises this year, but if that is what it takes to keep my well paying job, so be it. How are other companies going these days?

Hey, it is our jobs as employees to complain, otherwise Management would think they were doing everything right!
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !

Very thankful for such a great job...and here is the kicker....thankful for great managers.

We have consistant work right now, and in a week or two all the pre-con's will take place, and then we will be balls to the wall for quite a few months.

flag seeder why all the hate for ELM? we are doing fine just got some new contracts and re signed some old ones. I also am very lucky to have this job and such laid back mangement. I haven't noticed near as much dead weight as some companies i have worked for before.

Yeah right, above all of the things Management typically has to worry about, I am 100% sure listening to the whining and sniveling of field employees is the first thing they look forward to at the beginning of every work day.
