Haven't seen any real advantage yet over Mobile Dispatch.

Spray, unfortunately, you have to write down or remember the start time and all other info you had already entered into the ticket. Then when you click on Tickets it will pop up the Discard changes? option and that's what you need to do to look at another ticket when you started one.

I tried many ways, and that is what I had to do if I wanted to check on a ticket.. They do need to fix that.

you can save your information and then reopen the ticket, just be sure that no matter what you put in the status and detail boxes, be sure and uncheck the "close" box, that way it will not disappear.

Tried opening the ticket but not checking the 'Now' box to start the time. This allowed me to go to other tickets, etc.
It worked fine except for charging the correct minutes on the ticket if I left it and came back.

If you have to leave and come back and want to account for time on that ticket in the billing delay and ongoing it will save everything but not close it.

Yeah, but TRIXIE sounds nicer, and sexier, and lonely - that's why she takes longer on each call!
