Let me give you a bit of inside info.... The only time there is no construction here in the Pacific Northwest is during the week to week and a half it snows. (no one knows how to drive on snow up here) Other then that its painting time. As for crappy work environments.... you are becoming a locator again.... there is no upside.

Thanks Mke, that has been a concern of mine. The whole "winter furlough" thing kinda worries me. I'm use to working all year long, regardless of the weather. That's good info to have.
