Anyone know who got the Verizon contract in Oregon?

    Thank you Mr. Swag.

It's Golden State Utility Co. Their website isn't very informative on the locating end of things, but they seem to be more on the construction end of things.

They're out of California (duh) and seem up and up. I'll let ya know more if and when I hear from their HR dept.

It could of been CSI, out of Flordia. I was to head them up out on the west coast. But decided to stay here.

It's Connective Solution Inc. They are a small company. But a good company to work for. They are PRO family.

Must be dig season in Oregon. I went from NOBODY calling me, to 3 seperate companies calling and wanting to know when I can get there....LOL!

    Thanks for the help guys!

I should be up there the end of May. Just depends on who wants me the most, as to who I'm with. Either way I'll have a reciever in my hand again.

30 day wonders have come and gone before around here, no longer to be heard from again...Then there are the large numbers of wannabes over the years I ve seen in the field, whos disenchantment filters through over~ 6 months or so, and then they are gone... Some Newbs may even be over qualified and think if there thoughts were considered then locating would nt drive them over the edge and out the door either...

Ahhh!!!!!!! let the entertainment begin!!!!!!!!!! First its how great the leadership is...Then as questioning of the earlier misconceptions set in, ever increasing expectations create harder challenges to be reached( a short cut here or there should nt compromise much to meet the goals )... As the growing pressures of risk taking and balancing act finally takes its toll ( why there has been such a high turnover in the industry to begin with), (aka pressure of time vs risk to meet company quotas) a mentally broken locator morphs... The once healthy thinking gets cast-

Then you become a casuality of ASS Syndrome-

Aspirations , loss of-(deflating of thoughts of being highly apreciated in the field by contractors, and how any great hussle and motivation will eventually lift you in rank(no and not that rank either) evaporates...

Attitude-( the waivering ensues)... Intitiative( "at a boys" never pan out financial or are quickly dismissed)...

Stepping on toes (thoughts of constructive input or opinion are better left unsaid) "just do as is expected, not what is known to yet be proven"...

Finally, if you drone on for any extent( 3+yrs or so) surviving the challenges reaching your final plateau of a spirit lobotomized casualty, accepting your daily paint fumes, and stale truck sweat, and ritualized daily incentives(the over abundance of personal and company shortcomings while holding your tongue if asked if you have any questions), you will then and at that point truly have reached the title of so few old timers that flew over the locators cuckoos nest...

Lets see how all the smoke blowing pans out???

You have truly become a predominate outspoken contributor without daily "walking the walk" ...

Cant wait for the reality to settle in with an UP TO DATE contract locating establishment...

    AAAHHH!?!??!

lets see if your ROTC (rhetoric on the cablevine) holds any merit in application....
