If you are going with Remote Dispatch, then I can help. But I don't know what you have versus what you will be getting
With Remote Dispatch:
1. Bill out all of your customers in one shot, unless you have more than a 6 way area
2. Recieve after hours emergencies within 15 minutes of them being called in, usually sooner
3. You can refresh your board during the day to see what's coming in that day. Tickets are auto routed to you for your assigned area.
4. Locators cannot trade tickets, only supervisors and dispatchers can

The Mobile Dispatch system is much nicer than translor. I have worked with both and i prefer Mobile Dispatch.
I love q manager i had a time to try smp's mobile dispatch i dont really care for it.
