    Laclede Group to sell SM&P Utility to Stripe Acquisition Inc.

    (MSN Money) The Laclede Group is selling its interest in SM&P Utility Resources Inc., its underground facility locating and marking service business, for $85 million to Stripe Acquisition Inc., Laclede Group said Friday.
    "Change does not always equal progress."

    Had me confused a bit. I thought laclede had sold all it's interest to the investment group Mike Stayton had set up. Just waiting to see who they sell it too since it made up a locating and holding company
