What the hell is going on in Kansas with USIC?!?! There's 13 locator job postings for them on locatorjobs.

out with the old higher paid techs and in with the new lowest paid techs= big savings for the company i.e. pay, vacation hours, insurance, but with comes with these savings the company risks having more damages. its a gamble usic is willing to take. it will cost them in the long run i am sure. we will see spring 2012

I see Kansas has 13 openings in different areas of Kansas.

13 isn't bad. Isn't that normal for USIC. They got to have like a 30% or more turnover rate and plus with the list out there and they chopping off the people on the bottom of the list
