[Having A Job]

I now of two or more guys leaving on Monday at the same time, and another left last week.... All b/c the mang. controls the tickets, you may work 11 hrs. one day 8 the next and 2 after that. Just to keep you at or just under 40hrs..I know of to three more that left to go to CUS..at the first of the year. They (CUS)make less money per hour. But with the bounes money. And having mang. leave you alone to do your work, and to get real time tickets it's worth it's weight in gold. I know of one of the guys that went to work at Walmart just because of the stress. at ELM.

I know of somemore stuff about the damages, that have happened. And some of the locating practices that they try to preach.. But I will just sit back and watch the ship sink

Could ELM be getting little tidbits of gas locates in relatively easy areas so that when the contract is up in a few months the gas company has another option, even if it isn't the best option?

I don't believe for a second that the gas company would want to start from scratch with another locate company, not when there's already a very competent one doing a phenomenal job.

Agreed. We did a damn good job transitioning over to running all of their work a few years back, and we continue to do so. Changing horses in midstream right before digseason would't be pretty.
