soon to be centrylink is what i heard ???? this will be a really big company and if any of you have not located for centrytel.....you guys do not know what you are missing

What is the answer good or bad. EMBARQ in my view has the best fon fac. to locate ! Having had to locate qwest, notice i do not use caps for this p.o.s company, 2 tin cans with wax string would be a better fon system then qwest !!!!

I've located for C-Tel a few years back and they were a great system to locate, and were very generous when it came to Billing. They are the ones that billed at 500' increments.

it is a popular company here in louisiana both on south side and north side ...lots of fibers. for one thing that we all know alot about is going in to a nasty att/bellsouth ped and it throwing up on you when you open it.....nothing labeled nasty full of ants bugs and black widows.....rat nests and sometimes snakes...........well on the flip side going into a centrytel ped....its color coded showing one cable going to co and one going to field all svs' are labeled showing sometimes whose house it goes to.....all cables are labeled pair count blackout count and the like size and gauge is also labeled...they're all super clean on the inside adn well maintained with weed killer and ant killer.....you guys just do not know what you're missing locating for centry tell......GP you are probably the only person that has ever got me to write this much....pat on the back for ya!!! hahahhah!!!!

As for telephone locates, all I've ever done is SWB/AT&T. I thought all telephone cabinets, pedestals and house protectors/keptels are supposed to be a nasty entanglement of wires, full of ants, bugs, mice, wasps and recluse spiders. And I thought every hand hole & man hole is supposed to be full of water up to the lids. I guess I've been living under a rock the last 12 years.

if i could just figure the picture thing out to show you guys some pictures of these peds then you could see what type of love i get to locate about 50% of the day??? by the way ....it's dial up i have here and there is no figuring it out....it's to slow for me to even think about!!! one day i will get rich...ha! hey WING you would probably leave kansas city!!! hahhhahhahahahah!!!!
