there's some hands in north louisiana that has worked for that outfit.....know some of them....... there outfit was bought out completly here in louisiana

I worked for them at the field level and at the corporate level back in the mid 90's. Jimmy Burkeen (owner) was one of the best people I've ever known. They also manufactured some pretty darn good trenchers too. Between bad upper management and his two sons spending $$ like there was no tomorrow, they folded up a few years ago.

Hated to see that happen, but Mr. Burkeen trusted two people in particular that never had his back.....they were buying themselves new company cars when we couldn't even pay our Fuelman account.....
