Anyone in Knoxville?

I've got a friend down in the Knoxville, Tn area who would make an amazing locator. He's got the right attitude and an amazing aptitude for electrical and mechanical anything (used to work on nuclear reactors). He also has a very solid work ethic (ex-military).

I told him that I was getting back into locating and what it's all about. He's really interested, but I don't know where to point him down there as far as companies.

Anyone know who's hiring in that area? Or even who's not actively hiring but he can send a résumé into anyway?
