10-10 USIC conference call feedback

Pardon me, Mike Stayton, but BLA BLA BLA. People will start getting paranoid if they read between the lines and start seeing the cracks in the dike after your message today.

I definitely am a conscientious locator, and there are many of us out here. The conference call was un-necessary and did not tell us anything new. We know to not waste gas by idling already, taking the proper procedure steps in locating HP lines, keeping the OT to a minimum etc.

What irked me most is it would be a cold day in hell IF (and that is a fairly impossible IF to reach) we were ever damage free and received $3000 bonus (sorry, BONE-us, I fergot) checks. AS IF. Sorry to be so negative, but that would never happen. Incentive plan my butt.

And how bout that part about a majority arent just showing up for a paycheck?!?!?!

What would you do w/o management anyway??? Be promised that $ to???

Then theres the spectacular health plan coming in Jan...

You most certainly would have seen that 10mil. in damages he would have liked to give out to all of you instead of paying for damages...

Sic 1 , surely you are not being sarcastic towards our new leader. I have 1 thing to say to management about not idling my vehicle in the summer - I'll start doing that as soon as corporate turns off their building air conditioning and opens the windows. After all, since you added the job of invoice creating with the introduction of the computer, you turned my truck cab into my office. Why should you, and all of the office weenies, deserve air conditioning any more than the locator?
Also, did anyone else notice the repeated use of the words 'efficient' and efficiency' ? Hmmmm - this wouldn't be just a new catch word being substituted for -Oh let's say -Production?

wow.......if this is how yall's fridays are i hate to see what monday's are like!!!!!!!!!!! for real though..........i agree with you guys 100% .....they want us to save save save....but the new safety guy and the new dm is driving these huge full size pickups ......... yeah!!!! save this!!! i'll turn off my a/c when you guys are driving around in the same junk truck i am!!!!!!!

Wow, there are MANY things I miss about locating... this is NOT one of them.

Sounds like a lot of the same crap wrapped up in different packaging.

Keep your chin up boys, 'cause if not, it sounds like you'll be swallowing a lot of S^#T!!!!!
