2009 NFL AFC Conference-Title Game
Sunday Early Afternoon (3:00 PM, EST — CBS) Game (AFC Matchup):
New York Jets (11-7) @ Indianapolis Colts (15-2) — Colts
The NY Jets love to blitz. It doesn’t matter who the quarterback for the opposing team is, the Jets will bring the blitz. Peyton Manning is the master of reading blitz packages from defenses. He has a quick release and ways of getting the ball out of his hand. The key will be if the Jets can get to Manning, hit him and prevent him from making plays. This will be the determining factor of the game.
AFC Prediction: Indianapolis Colts -- 28 * NY Jets -- 20

2009 NFL NFC Conference-Title Game
Sunday Evening (6:40 PM, EST — FOX) Game (NFC Matchup):
Minnesota Vikings (13-4) @ New Orleans Saints (14-3) — Saints
This game, which marks just the fifth time in 44 years that the No. 1 and No. 2 scoring offenses in the league have played each other for a conference title, has even managed to fire up the oddsmakers. One betting house has given the game an over/under of 53 points—one of the highest totals in bookmaking history. "This should be the Super Bowl," says Mr. Seba. "It's a shame this game is being played two weeks early."
The airborne aspects of this game, which will be performed by quarterbacks Brett Favre of the Vikings and Drew Brees of the Saints, has received top billing. But our panel says the running game should make the difference.
NFC Prediction: New Orleans Saints -- 32 * Minnesota Vikings -- 18
Sorry dog - Vegas predicts a Colts win. Media pundits and newscasters predict a Colts win. AccuScore, in it's computer simulations of this game, predicts a Colts win (23 - 19). I have not heard Mark Sanchez, the team's rookie quarterback, pull out a Joe Namath and "GUARANTEE" a win, yet....
But, these same "experts" predicted the Bolts would be playing Sunday against the Colts also...... So, good luck buddy.......

Ahhh, the days of Joe "Willy", I remember them like it was 41 years ago.
Haven't seen him since he was sexually harrasing one of his co-workers in a drunken stuper on national television.
When I grow up I want to be just like him.
Wing, thanks for the luck. Right now all the computer models and predictions don't matter. The Jets getting 7.5 points just means I'll have to bet another hundy. The Jets don't always win, but give oddsmakers fits by beating their spread. Drove by the Florham Park facility a couple of times earlier in the week, lots of news trucks parked there. I know it didn't mean much, but remember who won the first game. Expect more of the same great coverage and powerful blitz defense forcing Manning to make mistakes. In order for Indy to win, they have to have the ball. The Jets run game and powerful offensive line mean time consuming drives that will wear Indy's suspect defense down in the later stages of the game.
Jets - 24 * Indy - 13

go Saints!!!!!!!!!! who dat who dat!!!!
wise men talk because they have something to say and fools because they have to say something....plato
WoW! Jets - 24 * Indy - 13 --- Your Jets running game, powerful offensive line and defensive blitzing have brought down the Cincinnati Bengals and the San Diego Chargers. Against all the odds makers, we shall see how close your predictions come to the final score against Manning.
New York Jets Rookie Quarterback Mark Sanchez
sprayandpray, among others, have felt the sting
of trusting love-struck NFL quarterbacks.
Again, good luck dog.

Amen to that Wing. But Damn she is good looking!
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !
It's better to be Pissed Off than Pissed On or Stood On and Pissed Off Of !

Who would have thought the road to Miami this year would be through New Orleans?
Congrats to the team for bringing us this far, and for taking some of the bad memories of Katrina and chunking them out the window for a while!!!!!
GEAUX SAINTS!!

Job Applicant: What does this job pay?
Employer: I'm going to pay you just what you are worth!
Job Applicant: I don't think I can work for that......
At least 1 game was good. Hope the Saints can kick Mannings ass. Guess I have to work in the rain today to make up for gambling losses.
