Wait until you USIC guys see how much your health insurance is going to go up and the Working Spouse Contribution gets added if your spouse works and her employer offers health coverage.
I figured that with my current health insurance, if I worked at USIC, my health insurance would be going up 217.00 per month on top of what I would have been paying now....yikes...
The DMV here in NC is about as bad as the first picture, and they don't even manufacture the driver license on site anymore, it gets mailed to you within 20 days...talk about wide open identity theft....
"No, installing your fence is NOT an emergency"...

"It's call BEFORE you dig, not AFTER you've hit something."

Im just waiting for a G-man to arrive at my doorstep soon- you know those young female desires I have, and the FBI is doing all those DMV facial reognition scans now...

Get ready for the ObamaCare health police
Big Brother is watching you... and soon, he may also be keeping tabs on your waistline, your blood pressure and all of your habits.
Enter the world of the health police.
In the socialist dreamworld of ObamaCare, anyone who's overweight, has high cholesterol levels or suffers from any other condition will be forced to pay a penalty. Drinkers, smokers and anyone else who enjoys life's greatest pleasures, watch out.
They're coming for you, too.
That's right -- under a terrifying new law making its way through the Senate, anyone who doesn't meet some bureaucrat's vision of good health will pay the price. And I can guarantee you this: These crazy new regulations will be based on outdated and downright dangerous ideas, like the mistaken and disproved notion that cholesterol levels have anything to do with your health.
Now, you'd think this would fly in the face of their promise of health care for everyone without higher fees for sick people or preexisting conditions... and you'd be right.
So get ready for some classic Orwellian doublespeak. These fees and penalties won't be called fees or penalties. Instead, the lower rate would reflect something called a "wellness incentive."
Under this new proposal, anyone who fails to meet these incentives could pay up to 50 percent more.
And believe me, you WILL fail to meet the incentives. Just take a look at a fascinating report in the Washington Post on companies that have tried these incentive-based health plans for their employees. The article is filled with glowing quotes about how they've kept costs down.
But it's not because health care magically got cheaper -- it's because employees are paying much higher rates for falling short of their "wellness" targets.
I just wonder how they'll enforce it once it applies to all of us. Will the ObamaCare police sift through our medical records to keep tabs on us? Follow us around to see if we have the nerve to smoke or the gall to order a beer? Stop by our homes for weight checks, or maybe go through the fridge? Interrogate sexual partners to find out if we've used protection?
And don't even think about getting sick.
We all know how easy it is for blood pressure levels to spike suddenly. Now, each bad spell could lead to new a fine or fee. That's probably enough stress to cause those levels to shoot even higher -- leading to even more penalties for missing your incentive targets.
And then you'd have a "wellness" incentive... leading directly to sickness!
Not kidding when it comes to your health,
William Campbell Douglass II, M.D.
