Good find, Wing.

On the downside, of course.. if you're refusing to talk at some traffic stop, the cop might end up hauling you down to the station (and vehicle towed /stored $ if it's considered a hazard (highway ?)).

Im sure we've all spun a story or two and gotten away with it.

Depends on how much of a gambler you are, I guess.

Course, the lawyers would rather you call them at every situation (holy $$hit)..

All law enforcement officials use "got-cha" questions: "Hey Dave - Do you know why I stopped you?"

Your stupid response: "My speeding?" or "My weaving between lanes?" or "I rolled through that Stop sign?" or "I ran that red light?" or maybe "The smell of beer on my breath?" or how about "The dime bag in my backpack?"
