Judge Rules Family Can't Refuse Chemo For Boy

MINNEAPOLIS - A Minnesota judge ruled Friday that a 13-year-old cancer patient, Daniel Hauser, must be evaluated by a doctor to determine if the boy would benefit from restarting chemotherapy over his parents' objections.

In a 58-page ruling, Brown County District Judge John Rodenberg found that Daniel Hauser has been "medically neglected" by his parents, Colleen and Anthony Hauser, and was in need of child protection services.

While the judge allowed Daniel to stay with his parents, the judge gave the Hausers until Tuesday to get an updated chest X-ray for their son and select an oncologist.

If chemotherapy is ordered by doctors and the family still refuses, Daniel will be placed in temporary custody.

Missing Mom, Cancer-Stricken Son May Be Headed to Mexico

NEW ULM, Minn. — Authorities say a Minnesota mother and her cancer-stricken son refusing chemotherapy were in California as recently as Tuesday and might be going to Mexico to get treatment.

Daniel Hauser has been entered into the network of National Missing & Exploited Children, said Brown County Sheriff Rich Hoffman at a press conference Tuesday afternoon.

"I just wish we could get to Colleen and tell her to come in," Hoffman said. "This is not going to go away. It's a court order."

This desperate family is feeling the full effects of an American Medical Association (AMA) attack with the help of a compliant judge and the media delivering the impact. If this unfortunate family can get a much cheaper, more effective, pain-free, non-evasive cancer cure in another country, then more power to them. They sure as hell won't get that here in the states. When the boy comes back from Mexico cancer free, as I feel confident he will, the conventional medical wisdom of the Minnesota AMA cancer doctors will proclaim the chemo therapy the boy has already received in Minneapolis did the trick (that's nothing but AMA bullshit). Healed or not, when the boy gets back into the states, the family will be split up. Daniel will be assigned to a foster home with mommy & daddy heading off to prison before receiving their day in court. Justice for the AMA will then be served...................
