    Default Utiliquest Lawsuit

I have been reading this forum to keep up on the lawsuit with utiliquest, and decided to become a member as of today. Does anyone have the latest information on the out come of the suit? I have been going to the CPT web site where they had the lawsuit posted but i did not see it posted anymore, so I e-mailed CPT and they said that were no longer handling it that Rust Consulting was handling it.Does anyone know whats going on as of this point, and are they still sending out payments this month? Any information would be greatlt appreciated.

How did they decide who would receive payments? Did you have to contact a lawyer or did they go back through all employee records?

I worked for Byers Engineering in 1997 before they were Utiliquest. Before that Heath Consultants had the contract (Knoxville, TN) and back then Byers would not pay over time. I had a very rural route and I was on the road a lot and I don't think they paid us on the way there or on the way home.

I recieved mine about 2 weeks ago, a whopping $53. I only worked there for about 2 months after the failed expansion into Wisconsin.
You had to have responded to the inquiry about a year ago in order to be in on it.
