Im here in Arkansas locating for the past 18 plus years. Its been SM&P, Noram, CLS and now ARKUPS. With this said what is the pay structure in other states. 18 plus years gets you about 20 dollars an hour here in Arkansas.

Hey orange shoe - Welcome to the'Vine! Glad to have you on board!

WoW! Cleveland, Arkansas - Population 705! Yee Haw! 20 bucks an hour pretty much gets you in the top 10 percentile in your small metropolis. Life is GOOD!

Here in the big city, 20 bucks an hour gets you too much month left at the end of the money.

Anyway, thanks for joining the Cable Vine and please post often!

Here in the "promise land" i'm at 10yrs and just got bumped to $24..... this is not typical though. 18yrs gets you the top at most places, but depending on the place that may very about 10bucks an hour. In a contract locating firm you'll run just shy of 20 an hour, In a private firm you'll be just over 20 (21-22 depending on the company). If you are lucky enough to find an inhouse position with a utility or city, you are looking at mid to high $20's.
