Is your company related at all to the Information Delivery System (IDS) mapping software that National Grid in new york currently uses?

Check this out...I have spoken to Tracer Electronics about the ones they sell. You are pretty much in the same boat as me. From what I can gather, it is difficult at best, but since there will be a disturbance in the ground due to digging you could locate the ditch at the very least. I also spoke with some people that own GPR's and they say that whatever you are locating needs to be 1" in diameter for every foot deep otherwise you will miss it.

Have there bean any studies done on the subject of tile locating? This is a huge untapped market.
