How Do You Get Banned?

I see that "Karen" got banned. How does that happen? Also, who is John Spruce? Does anyone think I am John Spruce?

Just joined yesterday and already showing my ignorance. It usually takes me a little longer than 1 day...........

You get banned by showing up (initially) and ripping on other members. After repeated warnings you still keep on ripping on others. Then, when you get banned, you obsessively sign up under numerous names. Being an idiot you give yourself away almost immediately as said idiot, then you get banned again.

John Spruce is a.k.a. 'Justice for locators'. He is the aforementioned idiot.

If I were to speculate i'd say that this guy is so obsessed that he can't let it go. His mind is so wrapped up in this site that he probably eats, sleeps, and shits thecablevine.com. I've banned him 9 or 10 times. Probably less but it seems like more. It is truly a sad way to go through life. As the old saying goes; if it weren't so sad it would be funny.

I ain't laughing. I kind of feel bad for the guy.

I've only ever seen two people get banned here. John S. is one and what was that other cazy chicks name? ifindit knows, she went off on him on youtube. It was friggin hilarious (once you got through the broken english)!

I'm guessing somehow you confirmed "Karen" was John......? The "John speak" started coming out there in the end. I got some PM's from "Her" that really through me off, I didn't know what to think about "Her" -John or not.

My good friend Psychominia!! I miss her! John's sister of course.....

John, it's really simple....it's really just like real life. Treat others like you expect to be treated. Jump on often, help out those that need help, offer a bit of advice to those who ask for it, post a funny story or joke and roll with the punches here.
You are also welcome to speak your mind, voice your opinions, and even vent when you need to. But just being abusive to other people because you can, will get you booted pretty quick.

If you can treat people decent you don't have to worry about getting booted. The people who get booted are the people who can't handle that.

Being a CEO of a company, I'm sure this is all old hat to you, you didn't get to where you are by treating people badly.

So the best way to keep yourself from getting banned from this forum is to not sling personal attacks against others members. In addition, the best way is to know when to shut-up and sit-down. Interesting! As far as mistaking Mr. Cook for John Spruce... not a chance. John Cook is just who he claims to be. As I continue to read more of the threads posted here my interest grows in the members who posts and the material posted. Cheers!

Don't take that the wrong way. We do talk smack back and forth to and about each other here (in good fun). When that turns to something very ugly and disturbing is when you get yourself banned. Especially when it's not called for.

Trust me, AUL can be a prick, I can be a ass, and the sic1 is just a blabering moron. Hopefully AUL and the sic1 know that I'm being sarcastic.
Just talk to others in a respectful way. If you don't, you'll get called out quickly enough.
