More Johnsonville brats on the grill, good stuff man. I think me and all the Packer fans keep those guys in business. If you've never had a Johnsonville brat, it sucks to be you.

Kid at the grocery store was handing out free samples. I alway pretend I am interested and chat for a bit, but this really is a good frozen pizza. He got me when I was hungry! And thiis was on sale for $5.99 I believe. I rank it above DiGiornos and Freschetta. Actually, this is my favorite frozen pizza currently.

Around my area a great many of the counter people speak little and even no english. If they speak english well enough the people in back filling to orders often do not. So when you open the bag you never know what you will find.

Love 5 guys, and their small fries are every body else's super sized.

But sine you mentioned McDonalds; I have been dieting and it is possible at McD. I started getting two sausage muffins for breakfast, total 600 calories. Two regular cheese burger for lunch, again total 600 calories. Egg white mcmuffin also 300 calories. Once I got my stomach used to smaller meals cut down to one cheese burger one muffin per meal. Instead of two cheese burgers one mcdouble at 380 calories.

So far its been a hard road dropping weight and as I drop weight have to further reduce calorie intake. I skip breakfast and eat 'brunch' at 10:30 usually a mcdouble, a few hours later an apple , then a small 100 calorie pudding cup to keep the sweet tooth tamed, a sandwich of meal/tomato & onion with a 100 calorie side of popcorn. Total of about 1100 calories a day.

So today am at 220 lbs. Down from 260 lbs last April.

Thanks! Promised myself a reward when I reached 220 lbs so yesterday lunch at Famous Dave's ; ribs, chicken, fries, coleslaw &B cornbread.

I started out at 2000 calories a day which is devil who out 666 calories a meal which at 260 lbs I still lost weight. This also invoked the presence of the devil who tempted me , could eat all I want and have an Olympian's body in exchange for my soul.

Later I dropped to 1500 calories and Old Scratch stopped coming around.

Now have dropped to 1100 calories a day.

One of those opened up near me and burger and fries was over $10. I found it close to what i get at a local bar.
