2- 1lb. 93-7lean rolls of ground turkey...(semi browned in a oversize skillet, wok, ...you got a work with ground turkey it clumps more, it aint like ground beef)
2- cans bushs black beans...
2- 30% less sodium dry taco mix with some water added of course...
1-can of diced tomato...
(Stirred up into a good muck...)
A big bag of tortilla chips...(crush chips in a big bowl throw the muck on top)...
Bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese... ( top it off with the shredded cheese)...
Stir it all up and your good to go...
3 to 4 days worth of a fairly healthy quick fix meal... I think the taco mix helps it keep longer...
