i have not heard of jambalaya rolls??? i eat it one way.....deep bowl, rice and dry gravy style, lots of sausage, and tobasco..chilpolte if poss....lots of pork!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! scap may be able to enlighten us on the jam. rolls??? you're not talking bout boudin huh???
