I'm always on the lookout for a good BBQ sauce.
I'll give it a try.
sounds very good, me too. How is it these ideas come to you Ovus?(I don't really expect an answer).
My last name is Cook, so I spent the first 20 years of my life working in different restaurants that my family owned. My Dad specialized in seafood & BBQ (beef crosscut ribs, brisket, and pork shoulders) and always had about two gallons of this sauce simmering in a pot on the stove back in the kitchen - my stomach is growling now just thinking about it! He used Cattleman's BBQ sauce as his base, and I tweaked it by substituting Kraft in my version. I'll post his award-winning gumbo recipe soon!
