Question Best Way to Cook a Burger?

On the grill? Gas or charcoal? Pan fried? Microwave?

Just a little salt and pepper? Steak seasoning? Big bun? Lettuce and tomato?

Lemme hear how you do/cook the perfect burger and I'll share my secret on how to get the perfect burger!

My youngest brother makes a great burger. But then he started buying preformed burger patties and they just don't measure up.

    Smash burger.

Get a cast iron skillet really hot. Salt and pepper a burger patty and smash it down, cook and flip.
