Investigators suggest Whitney Houston murdered

Los Angeles– Fans mourn the loss of Whitney Elizabeth Houston, who died Friday evening in her room at the Beverly Hilton.

Whitney Houston died from fatal injuries sustained after an apparent violent encounter in her hotel room, say police. TMZ reports that the singer’s assistant found her unconscious in her hotel room bathtub.

Whitney Houston was pronounced dead at 6:55 p.m. EST. Cause of death has not been determined by police. Sources close to the musician suggested Whitney Houston may have dressed like she was “asking for it.” She was 48.

Whitney Houston is survived by her mother Cessa Houston, who has so far refused to speak to media about the circumstances surrounding her daughter’s death.

Whitney Houston’s charity, The Whitney Houston Foundation For Children, suffered financial losses after rumors of Whitney Houston’s crack abuse caused major donors to withdraw pledged funds.

Houston’s tumultuous relationship with Bobby Brown was marked by rumors of physical and sexual abuse which has raised several questions about the nature of Houston’s death.

UPDATE: TMZ is reporting investigators have interviewed Bobby Brown in relation to the murder of Whitney Houston.

Water Found in Her Lungs

The autopsy of Whitney Houston revealed she did have water in her lungs when she died, but the medical examiner needs to determine exactly how much before they can rule whether she died as a result of drowning ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

As TMZ first reported, authorities believe Houston may have fallen asleep or lapsed into unconsciousness in the bathtub and drowned.

But according to our sources, authorities cannot yet determine whether Houston died before she was submerged in the water or after. We're told there is still a possibility Houston was dead before she went under the water.

Toxicology results will be back in 4-6 weeks.

Hey laterite - Welcome to The Cable Vine! I tend to agree with you. The press idolizes Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse, Whitney Houston and many more just like them as if these dead addicts were royalty. I really hated to see these weak bastards go, but I can't feel sorry for those who shit in their own nest.

I am saddened for the maiming and loss of our heroic troops overseas fighting in Afghanistan just so the CIA can have their poppy fields & Unocal can have an oil pipeline there while our troops are in harm's way in Iraq so the international oil cartel can have/steal the Iraqi oilfields. (Blood for oil? What ever happened to the spoils of war?) Barry promised us on his 2008 campaign trail his first assignment as president was to bring our troops home.

Well Barry, we are all still waiting. At least Barry Soetoro has kept our troops out of Iran, for now. The United States is broke and the idiots in Washington DC want more war! With the exception of Ron Paul, any pos the Democrats or Republicans place on the ballot this fall will guarantee an invasion into Iran. May God help us all!

WING well said. If you want to put the pipe to your lips or the straw to your nose then go ahead. But the press needs to drop all this coverage. It was said on CNN that they already know the results of the tox test but are looking into who provided the legeale or illegal drugs.

Then we will have just a whole bunch more coverage. She was an awesome singer but enough already.

Another red herring for the general public to focus on. Houston was a great singer and sang rare songs of hope. To get her music out she joined the zombies in the music/film industry. She got bit. Became one of them and now she's dead.
