Weird Management Decisions

We have had a loaned Locator from Wisconsin in our group for over a month now. I just spoke to him yesterday and he said our DM advised him that we didn't need him any longer and he is now going to Beaumont to work for a while. Our Supervisor then sent out an E-Mail today wanting to know who could work both Saturday and Sunday this week-end????? It seems we have about 150 tickets due by Monday that will not get done today. How do they (Mgmt) come up with this stuff?

Mgmt. for USIC/Sm&p/cls,(whatever we're calling ourselves these days), live in their own little world where (according to them),NUMBERS tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.....
when will you learn Peon?!.......it matters NOT, that you have 5- 3mile projects all wanting to start last month,or that the A$$HOLE from construction at one of your client utility companies has called in a whole subdivision on 1 ticket, and he thinks because you have his contract he can do whatever he pleases with your time,don't you know yet who's fault it is if quota's aren't met?
