    Default Vandalized Trucks in Virginia

To the locating community in Hampton, Virginia:

Sometime last night (3-11-09) someone used some type of tool to punch holes in three gas tanks of parked OneVision trucks at 2101 Executive Drive in Hampton, Virginia. Police are investigating, and have obtained some video from several local businesses for analysis. They have also retrieved fingerprints from two of the vehicles and will use those to try and identify a suspect.

If anyone has any information on who might have committed this act, please contact the Hampton Roads Police Department at (757) 727-6111. OneVision will pay $1500 to anyone that provides information that leads to the arrest of the person or persons involved in this incident.

I would hope that this is just a random act, and that no professional locator or competitor would stoop to this sort of behavior. However, people tend to blame others for where they are in life, and hide in the shadows to pull stupid stunts like this. Any information would be much appreciated.

It would seem there'd be three scenarios.........A disgruntled former employee......(In which case they'd probably need to bring in an abatement crew to clean up the gas spill) , The competition (Which would also require a clean-up crew) , or Thieves who just did it to steal the gasoline (Shouldn't be much spilled on the ground.

Probably the last of the three, which would severely reduce the odds of catching them, unless they're caught in the act doing it again, or the video tapes turn up something.

I doubt that it was 1 or 2 , as it would have made more sense to perforate the oil pans, or transmission pans, empty them and cause major woes to above mentioned company. It's ashame people have to do this kind of shit, and hopefully they're caught sooner than later.

I wish you could do the same to their personal vehicles. What a crock of shit. There is absolutly no courtesy or manners from alot of todays society. Sorry, it just pisses me off. Our idea of a prank was toilet paper in the trees, or maybe several political signs moved into one's yard. I don't think we ever destroyed anyones property. I hope you find them.
