    What type of Ticket Management System do you guys/gals use these days? When I left the business, we were using Translore. Just curious.

    Thanks! That's what I was looking for.

    It amazes me how many SaaS companies try to promote their products with crap websites. It's hard to consider a web-based product, when the vendor spends little to no time on their own site.

    That's the thought that keep going through my head while shopping them out myself!
