I'm interested in transferring to a district where the locators are in a union. Does anyone know of such places?

I will be more than happy to cross any picket line.
Hey Michael - Welcome to the'Vine! Glad to have you on board!
I can't help you with your question. But, Damn! I just LUV your handle! I admire your confidence! Or, maybe you're just stating a fact........... Regardless, it made me chuckle when I saw it!
I must confess, I'm kinda envious that I didn't think of the title first. Not so much as a handle, but more of a moniker. I can see it now:
WINGFOOT - "The Michael Jordan of Locators!"
In reality, it's more like "WINGFOOT - Just One Ticket Away From Obama's Pea Soup Line!"
Anyway Michael, relax....... I'm not going to plagiarize (steal) your title. Thanks for becoming a member of our fraternity of utility workers and please post often!

That got me thinking, I guess I could be SprayandPray -" The George Blanda of Locators".
I might not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was !
It's better to be Pissed Off than Pissed On or Stood On and Pissed Off Of !

North Carolina is a Union state for USIC, I'm not sure about the others anymore....

Yes, my avatar does describe my attitude towards many others...
