obviously you never work for Sol. when the owner of the company decides to get tattoos and take money off a gift cards to do so that is why there's no money for gas. then when the owners of the company get arrested for stealing vehicles that Is few reasons why SOL failed.

Obviously you must not know what you're talking about with your "as a real locator would know" Some possible lazy employees at SOL but if you are not giving the tools for work you can not and will not get work done. For an example, If you have no company vehicle because the repo man came and picked it up for the 2nd time. No gas on the gas cards so when you did have a vehicle you could go. With a 30 dollar a day limit covering 4 counties is impossible. But I know if you're really from Indiana you're not on any SOL contract because they have ZERO. And as i believe the locators from SOL went to other locating companies after SOL lost the contract and they're still going with these "lazy employees". So SOL was lost because of the owner and the lack of knowledge for running a business.

If a company fails because of "lazy employees" who were locators it is the fault of management. Management failed to clean out the garbage and motivate the good ones. I find most failure caused by inept management mixed with some lazy management. While the fecal matter rolls down hill the responsibility rolls uphill. The buck stops here and that is at the top of the hill.

If a company has lazy employees then they have bad management as well. You can't have good management and lazy employees. It just doesn't work that way.

So... to conclude... I agree with ProLo.

From Star Trek, The Wrath of Khan.......

Mr Spock says "Captain, you are the best man to command the Enterprise"

Captain Kirk says "I won't argue with you on that Mr. Spock"

Spock says "That would be a wise decision Captain"
