Oh I see now, it was so simple. It's the INITIAL HIRE'S apptitude that determines longevity and less turn over! Not working conditions, office politics, ass kissers, the ole boy click network, dm's and supervisors who are clueless, $10 bucks an hour doing 4 way locates, having production crammed down your throat until your quality starts to suffer, zero to shitty raises, lack of equipment, using old beat up equipment and the list can go on and on and on!
I wonder how much money they spent on a consulting firm to figure out that they need to give a test? That is GENIUS!!!!!!
